Tigre Argentina is the largest unit of the Tigre Group outside Brazil. In 1998, it began operations with the construction of a PVC pipe factory and the acquisition of the company Santorelli, thereby providing market solutions in PVC and polypropylene pipes and fittings, for hot and cold water. With an Industrial Park in Pilar, in the Buenos Aires region, it is the market leader in the housing, infrastructure and irrigation sectors.

Tigre Bolivia was established in 2000 with the acquisition of Grupo Plasmar. The Tigre Group’s company strengthened its presence with a firm policy of improved quality and productivity in their units in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and La Paz. The commitment has yielded absolute market leadership. The company has the largest number of certified products with the Ibnorca quality seal, a reference in the country, as well as ISO 9001 certification of its product lines in PVC and polyethylene for hot and cold water, sewage and gas.

In 1997, the Tigre Group assumed control of the company Fanaplas in Chile. After two years, it also acquired three other Chilean companies (Plastica 21, Reifox and Saladillo). The Tigre brand is the most recalled in the pipes and fittings segment in Chile. In the city of Colina, in greater Santiago, is one of the group’s most modern factories, certified by ISO 9001. Tigre Chile is one of the most representative units of the Group abroad.

Tigre Colombia, a company of the Tigre Group, established in 2008, has its manufacturing unit as well as an administrative and commercial center in Cota, in greater Bogotá. The company produces PVC and CPVC pipes and fittings for infrastructure, building, irrigation and electricity. It develops a complete line of products according to ASTM standards, constituting the production base for Venezuela, Central America and Caribbean.

The Tigre Group has been present in Ecuador since 2007, with the construction of a pipes and fittings production unit for hot and cold water, sewage and electricity. In July 2010, Tigre Ecuador acquired Israriego (Plastro), doubling its production capacity. Tigre Ecuador offers one of the most complete portfolios of its market.

Tigre-ADS USA has doubled in size since its inauguration in 2008. It produces fittings from 3/4" to 12 inches, sourcing fabricated fittings up to 48", servicing the plumbing, waterworks and HVAC markets. Besides the plant, Tigre-ADS USA has eight additional warehouses across the country. Production serves the U.S. and Canada and is also exported to Mexico, Puerto Rico, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia. Located in Janesville, Wisconsin, it has approximately 70 employees.

Tigre Paraguay was the Tigre Group’s first international unit. Founded in 1977, the company has its operational center in Lambaré, near Asunción, and a distribution center in Ciudad del Este. It is the country’s leader in PVC and polyethylene pipes and fittings supplying the local market and also exporting to other Mercosur countries and Chile. Tigre Paraguay is the absolute leader in its country.

Tigre Peru was established in 2008 with the acquisition of a local factory, based in Lima. The Tigre Group’s unit plays an important role in the Peruvian market offering a complete line of PVC and polyethylene products for mining, building and infrastructure, including large diameter pipes (up to 1200 mm). As part of its consolidation and expansion strategy, in January 2013, it acquired the Peruvian company Matusita, also headquartered in Lima with an important market share, thus giving a further step towards leadership in the country. Tigre Peru is certified by ISO 9000 and 14000 standards.

Tigre Uruguay, a company of the Tigre Group, was inaugurated in 2009 in Libertad, in the State of San José. The industrial park in Uruguay is in an area of 35,000 square meters. In 2006, it founded Tubconex, a distribution center of imported products from other Tigre units. With Tubconex and the Libertad factory, Tigre provides products for the internal market and also compounds for the Argentinean unit.
